You can book your own hot desk to continue your work after your class in a creative, professional environment. It’s the perfect spot to combine your fitness routine with productivity, all within the same space.

What to expect
If it's your first time, you’ll be introduced to the equipment and given time to familiarise yourself with the reformer, learn key movements, and gain confidence in your practice. Our instructors provide clear, direct instructions to ensure you feel comfortable, challenged, and supported throughout.

What to bring: Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire and grippy socks for stability. No shoes required!

Grip socks and other merchandise are available to purchase via the app, collectable in the studio.
